Hours:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. till 5:00 P.M.

Mail Services provides daily pickup and delivery of domestic, international, and interoffice University-related mail to campus buildings. We apply postage to first-class and special service mail, I.E. certified, express and insured. We address, insert, sort, complete appropriate postal forms and deliver to the post office bulk (standard) mail.

The Central Receiving Department is responsible for accepting shipments for the campus community.  It ensures the interests of the University and it's vendors, to the extent that inspection and accountability are tightly controlled.  Receiving also provide delivery services of purchased goods to individual department on a daily basis.

Our Mission Statement:

Mail Services shall provide addressing, incoming and outgoing USPS mail, standard mail, and postal metering in support of University business.

Receiving shall accept and provide campus distribution of inbound freight in support of University business.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING MAIL STOP CODES:

Effective 4/1/06, Mail Stop Codes for Main Campus will be  maintained within Banner and accessed via the Web Report Library.

Once you enter the web report library, you will need to:

  •  provide your  UTAD password to log on

  • Click on + sign next to folder entitled: Public Folders

  • Click on folder entitled: Public Folder

  • Select report entitled: Mail Stop Codes.
